Thank you for using OB Style services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). OB Style provides convenient transactions for members in accordance with the following Membership Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as“Terms”). To protect your rights, please read these Terms carefully. By registering as a member or using the Service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, including consent to the collection and use of your personal data.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register or use the Service. The specific provisions are as follows:

Registration and Personal Information
Before using the Service, please provide accurate information to ensure your membership benefits. Membership registration is free of charge. After registration, you may use the Service and participate in activities related to the Service. If your personal information changes, please update it promptly to protect your rights. If members fail to update their information and, as a result, do not receive notifications regarding membership benefits, promotional offers, or activity information, members agree that such notifications are deemed received.
Privacy Protection Statement
Your personal information will be protected and managed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of OB Style.
Members agree that OB Style may adjust, modify, or terminate the Service and these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon announcement on the website of OB Style without individual notice. Any rights and obligations arising from your participation in the activities of OB Style and use of the Service shall be governed by the latest version of these Terms.
Each order is eligible for one return. Once a return request is submitted, it cannot be modified. Please inspect your items carefully before initiating a return.
Currently, only returns are accepted. Requests must be submitted online via the website in My Order(s) page within 7 days of receiving your order, and return items must be ship out to our warehouse within 5 days of request submission. All shipping costs required for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the member.
If you still wish to receive the product, please place a new order to avoid delays due to shipment back-and-forth.
Inspection period: OB Style provides a 7-day inspection period for returns.
Returns requested after 7 days of receiving your order.
Items not part of the current order for which the return is requested.
Items that are not in brand-new condition, including but not limited to:
Clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered (e.g., tags removed, embroidery, cutting, printing, or other modifications)
Shoes that have been worn or shaped
Items with stains, odors, or makeup residues
Items with incomplete packaging, including missing barcode stickers, packaging bags, shoeboxes, tags, or accessories. (Do not attach shipping labels directly to the original box or write on it.)
Personal hygiene items, including underwear, sports bras, underwear, swimwear, sleepwear, socks, bra pads, earrings (studs/clips), etc.
Promotional gifts not returned in full.
If returned items are ineligible, or if the items are incomplete, OB Style will return the items to you. Any cash-on-delivery shipping cost of shall be borne by the member. Please ensure the completeness of items when returning them.
Refunds will be issued in TWD, the same currency as the original payment.
If the returned items cause the order total to fall below the free shipping condition, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are calculated based on the amount you actually paid at the time of purchase.
The final amount received may vary slightly depending on your bank’s exchange rate at the time of processing.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 7–14 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
For any refund-related issues, please contact Customer Service via My Account > My Order(s).
If the total order amount after returns does not meet the free shipping amount, applicable shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
For promotional sets or bundled items (e.g., innerwear + outerwear, top + bottom) , returns must be processed for the entire set; partial returns are not accepted.
Minor defects or discrepancies such as loose threads, unopened buttonholes, small stains, 1–2 cm size variations, screen color differences, or creases in clothing are not considered defects according to international inspection standards.
If a member frequently returns items due to personal reasons, OB Style reserves the right to restrict future transactions and terminate related benefits.
