To return an item, please follow these steps:

Go to My Account → My Order(s).
Click Apply Refund and fill out the Return Application form.
Our customer service team will contact you via My Messages in "My Order(s)" page for return items verification and provide you with the warehouse return address. Please reply within 3 days to ensure a smooth return process.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the items to our warehouse (cash-on-delivery parcels will not be accepted). The items must be sent within 5 days of submitting your return request.
Once we receive the item, we will check its condition and approve your return request within 5 working days if it meets our return criteria.
